Operating Procedure For Registration/Admission Process (2024-2025)

The academic session is from April to
March. Registration opens from the 21st of October 2023.
·
Applications received by the parents(No
Payment) via link posted on school website for a particular period of time.
·
Shortlisted applications for registration
will be informed via Phone / E-mail.
·
Registration link will be forwarded to the
filtered applicants for online payment of Registration.
·
Entrance test will be conducted on a
specific date followed by an interview of the child & an interaction
session with the parents as well.
·
The process of Result Declaration and
Document verification will be conducted on the specific date.
·
Admission will be granted on the basis of
the child’s performance purely on merit.
·
Admission form has to be duly filled with
all the entries.
·
There will be no written test for admission
to the classes Nursery, L.K.G and U.K.G.
Documents
required at the time of Admission-
- Birth Certificate of the student issued by the Nagar
Nigam. (Attested Copy)
- Report Card of previous class from the previous
school.
- Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
(other than CBSE School, counter signed TC Required).
- Aadhaar Card of Child, Father & Mother is
mandatory at the time of admission.
- 3 passport size photographs of the student and 3
photographs with the parents.
- Covid Vaccination certificate of parents.( if any )
- Proof of Residence any one of the following:
- Voter ID
- Passport of either parent
- Electricity Bill
- Aadhaar Card
- Attested copy of Caste certificate for SC/SC/OBC of
Father/Student. (if applicable)
- Last date of submitting TC is 30 April, 2024,
otherwise admission will automatically be considered as cancelled.
NOTE:
- For admission to Nursery the child should be three
plus(3+) in April.
- For Pre-Nursery - two plus in April.
- Kindly check & verify the records and submit
them accordingly. No changes will be made in the school records post
admission.
- In event of lapse in submission of proper
documentation in the school accounts office by the given date, the
admission will stand cancelled with immediate effect without any refund of
the fee.
- Identity card is a mandate. New Identity cards will
be issued for students every year.
